The processes that shape the institutions, policies and standards of the Internet and the digital environment are constantly evolving. New problems emerge that require multidimensional approaches for their intervention.

The current context presents challenges that can cause an upheaval of these processes and a change in the generalized perceptions about the externalities produced by the advance of the Internet in the last five decades.

This is the third edition of a program with a  focus on the from socio-institutional, technical and legal perspectives for professionals (from the public and private sectors) of Latin America and civil society actors who wish to consolidate their conceptual background and nurture their knowledge with regional cases and examples. It is also oriented at postgraduate students looking for an accredited educational program.
